2. Delivery Issues
2.1 If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or contains incorrect items, please contact us promptly at gudteam@gudgummies.com. We will arrange a return and either replace the affected goods or issue a refund, provided the items remain unused and in their original condition.
2.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the undelivered or incorrectly delivered goods and the cost of shipping.
3. Delivery Attempts & Responsibilities
3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.
3.2 If you request your package to be left unattended at your address, GUD Gummies is not responsible for any loss, theft, tampering, or damage due to environmental factors.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
4.1 Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays, may impact delivery times. We will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery if needed.
4.2 In such cases, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods and shipping fees.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
5.1 If an incorrect address was provided and the order could not be delivered, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
5.2 If you would like your order re-shipped to the correct address, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee before dispatch.
